This is a shipping upgrade to tracked and signed for postage as opposed to the regular untracked option.
I may also on rare occasions need to ask a customer to purchase this if they have placed a particularly large or bulky order.
I try to keep shipping costs at an absolute minimum and usually lose money on shipping, but sometimes it’s not affordable to absorb the entire cost myself. I never charge for packaging materials and all orders ship with free treats.
