This is my new environmentally friendly stainless steel ‘bamboo’ rolling mat. I got fed up of the bamboo ones dropping to pieces so this is my solution. This is hand made in the UK.
Fully stainless steel with adjustable spring loaded tension, 30 x 40cm.
